Effective Date: December 2025
Last Updated: September 2026

Welcome to QCTNow.com, the online training platform of Quality Career Training, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online training programs, certificates, and related content and features (collectively, the “Services”). These Terms also apply to Services we provide through qualitycareertraining.com, whether that domain directs you to QCTNow.com or hosts related content or services. By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our Services. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Account Registration and Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and keeping your account information accurate.
  • Each learner must use their own account and personally complete all required coursework and assessments. Sharing login credentials or completing coursework or assessments on another learner’s behalf is prohibited.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use QCTNow.com and our other Services for lawful purposes only. You may not:

  • Share, resell, or redistribute course materials without our written permission.
  • Use our Services to harass, defame, or harm others.
  • Misrepresent your identity, falsify training records, or circumvent course or assessment requirements.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, gain unauthorized access to, or disrupt our platform.

4. Payments, Refunds, and Course Credits

Payments for courses and bundles are processed through third-party payment providers. Quality Career Training, LLC does not store full credit card details.

All sales are final, and refunds are not provided except where required by applicable law. This policy includes purchases affected by dissatisfaction with course content, failure to complete a course, or changes in personal circumstances.

If you purchase the wrong course and have completed less than 20% of that course, as recorded by our platform when you request assistance, Quality Career Training, LLC may, at its discretion, issue a credit toward the purchase of the correct course or a different course. Credits are subject to our review and approval and are not cash refunds. Contact us to request assistance before completing additional course content.

By purchasing access to our Services, you acknowledge and accept this payment, refund, and credit policy.

5. Course Access, Bundles, and Automatic Bundle Enrollment

Course access is provided for 365 days from the applicable course enrollment date, unless a different access period is expressly stated at the time of enrollment. You are responsible for completing the required coursework and assessments within the applicable access period.

Purchased bundles provide enrollment in the courses included in that bundle, subject to the applicable enrollment and access periods. Earning a bundle certificate or specialized title requires completion of all courses and any other stated requirements for that bundle. Purchasing or being enrolled in a bundle does not, by itself, establish completion or qualify you for its certificate.

When a qualifying course purchase results in your holding valid enrollment in every course required for an available bundle, our system may automatically enroll you in that bundle at no additional charge. At the time automatic enrollment is evaluated:

  • Every required course enrollment must be active and unexpired.
  • The time between the earliest and latest required course enrollment dates must be no more than 365 days.
  • You must not already have an existing enrollment in that bundle.

Qualifying course enrollments may include individual purchases, enrollment through another bundle, or enrollment granted by an administrator. Automatic bundle enrollment does not restart or extend the access period for any underlying course. Previously recorded course completions may count toward the bundle’s completion requirements.

6. Content Ownership and Licensing

Course materials, videos, quizzes, certificate designs, and other platform content are owned by Quality Career Training, LLC or its third-party contributors or licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use course content for your own learning and professional development during your authorized access period. You may not resell, redistribute, or use the materials to deliver training to others without our written permission. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

You may download, print, and share certificates you have earned, including with employers or others who need to verify your training. You may not falsify or alter certificates or misrepresent the training or qualifications they document. Contact us if a certificate needs correction.

7. Certificates, Completion Records, and Specialized Titles

When Quality Career Training, LLC issues a certificate, we certify that, to the best of our knowledge and based on the records maintained by our learning management system, the named learner has successfully completed the coursework, quizzes, final examination, and other requirements applicable to the identified course or bundle.

Our certification reflects our good-faith determination that our training, assessment, and completion-tracking processes operated as intended for the recorded completion and that the resulting records, including the certificate, accurately document the learner’s achievement. This determination relies on the learner providing truthful information and personally completing the requirements without cheating, impersonation, unauthorized assistance, or other misconduct. Our records cannot independently establish the absence of undisclosed misconduct.

If an error is identified in a completion record or certificate, we will review the underlying records and make appropriate corrections. Learners should contact us promptly about any suspected inaccuracy.

A specialized title, such as Lead Auditor, recognizes completion of the training requirements stated for the applicable program. A certificate or specialized title awarded by Quality Career Training, LLC does not, by itself, constitute a government license, third-party accreditation, or authorization to perform duties requiring additional qualifications. Employers, regulators, or other organizations may impose additional education, experience, competency, or authorization requirements.

8. Third-Party Contributors

QCTNow.com hosts content from independent instructors and subject matter experts. Contributors are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content they provide. We reserve the right to remove or modify third-party content that violates our standards or applicable laws.

9. Modifications and Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law. Access may be interrupted by maintenance, technical issues, security measures, or other circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions. Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms, including through fraud, account sharing, cheating, impersonation, harassment, unauthorized distribution of content, or interference with platform security or operation. This provision does not restrict your right to provide honest reviews or lawful criticism of our Services.

11. Disclaimers

Except for the express statements concerning completion records and certificates in Section 7, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee job placement, promotion, employer acceptance, or other professional outcomes based on completion of a course, receipt of a certificate, or award of a specialized title.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Quality Career Training, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

14. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose personal information in connection with our Services.
