QCT's Administrative Instructor brings decades of experience as a practitioner, educator, author, and consultant in quality systems and regulatory compliance. Professional credentials and distinctions include ASQ Fellow, SRE Fellow, Expert Faculty Member for AAMI, Certified Tissue Bank Specialist (CTBS), Regulatory Affairs Certification (RAC Global), and the authorship of several books and numerous professional articles.
For over 3 decades this lead instructor has worked extensively with organizations in FDA-regulated industries, including medical devices, human tissue, animal tissue, and pharmaceuticals. Expertise include quality management system implementation, integration, updates, and professional training, with a strong emphasis on practical application in regulated environments.
In addition to quality systems training and implementation, QCT's Administrative Instructor has extensive experience providing internal and external audit support and assisting organizations with FDA 483 observations, Warning Letter responses, and remediation efforts.
